Ingredients
6 | ripe tomatoes |
2 medium | onions, sliced |
2 tbsp | margarine |
2 tbsp | sugar |
1 small | bay leaf |
some | salt and pepper to taste |
some | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Core tomatoes and place in boiling water for about 15 to 20 seconds. Cool them quickly in ice water and then peel.Cut tomatoes in wedges. Combine all ingredients, except the parsley, in a Crock Pot. Cover and cook at 80°C for about 8 hours.
Remove bay leaf. Sprinkle with parsley.
