In a lage pot heat vegetable oil, chop onions, pepper and leeks, put in the pot and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Add the tomatos and the tomato past.Spice with basel, salt, pepper and a little hot cilli. Cook at least for 30 minutes bevore serving.
