Ingredients
2 | flat breads, (Italian Piadinas or Mexican flour tortillas) |
2 | tomatoes |
1 | fresh ‘Mozzarella di bufala cheese |
salt and pepper | |
dried basil or fresh basil leaves | |
fat spray |
Instructions
Heat a flat pan and add some fat spray. Lay one piadina into the pan and layer with slices of tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese. Season with salt, pepper and dried basil, or add fresh basil leaves. Cover with the second piadina, press down slightly and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 3 minutes.Serve hot.
