Ingredients
50 g | brown sugar |
50 g | butter |
2 tbsp | golden syrup |
120 ml | single cream |
Instructions
Heat the sugar, butter and syrup together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until fully dissolved.Boil for 3-5 minutes then allow to cool a little before stirring in the cream.
Pour over your ice cream whilst the sauce is still hot!
