Ingredients
230 g | butter |
230 g | brown sugar |
2 medium | eggs, yolks only |
115 g | plain flour |
115 g | oats |
For the topping: | |
120 g | chocolate |
50 g | butter |
60 g | walnuts, chopped |
Instructions
Grease a baking tin and preheat oven to 190°C.In a bowl combine butter, sugar and egg yolks and beat until smooth. Add flour and oats. Pour mixture into tin and bake for 15-20 minutes. Leave inside tin and cool.
Topping:
Melt butter and chocolate in a small pan and spread over mixture in tin. Cover with chopped walnuts.
Cut into bars while warm. Leave in tin until completely cold.
