Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 pound thinly sliced cooked ham
- 3/4 cup barbeque sauce
- 1 cup coleslaw
- 8 slices white bread
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. In a skillet over medium, heat ham and barbecue sauce together for about 4 minutes.
2. While ham is warming, whip together the butter, mustard, thyme, parsley, garlic, and pepper to create a spread.
3. On 4 of the bread slices, put a portion of ham and coleslaw. Cover with remaining 4 slices and then butter each sandwich with the garlic spread.
4. Toast the sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes on each side. Serve.
