Tipsy plum jam recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | plums, pitted and diced |
1 | lemon, juice |
500 g | jam sugar |
5 tbsp | rum |
Instructions
In a saucepan mix the plums with the lemon juice and the sugar. Allow to soak for 30 minutes.Bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes, adding the rum in the last few seconds.
Fill into sterilized jars. Seal with screw caps and allow to cool. Store in a cool and dark place.
