Three cheese quiche recipe details
- Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 Tablespoons finely diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup half & half
- 3/4 cup skim or whole milk
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- One 9-inch pie crust
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and then bake pie crust for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Pour mixture into the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Top with more grated cheese, if desired. Slice into wedges and serve.
