The governors' inn granola recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 6 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup All-Bran cereal
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup canola oil
Mix together first five ingredients. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine honey and oil and heat slightly to blend (approximately 45 seconds in the microwave). Stir honey and oil and pour over the dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
