Ingredients
2 tbsp | tea leaves |
50 g | sugar |
30 ml | lemon juice |
600 ml | water, boiling |
Instructions
Combine the tea leaves, sugar and juice. Pour over the boiling water, mix well and leave until cold.Strain through a sieve and then freeze until just firm.
