Tasty ravioli in white wine sauce with walnuts recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | ravioli |
80 g | walnuts, chopped |
1 | spring onion, sliced |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tsp | walnut oil |
150 ml | single cream |
150 ml | vegetable stock |
80 ml | dry white wine |
1 bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
50 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Instructions
Cook the ravioli in salted water until al dente.In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the onions and the garlic and fry over medium heat until lucent. Pour in the single cream, stock and wine. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the parsley, ravioli and walnuts and toss. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
