Tasty Ravioli in White Wine Sauce with Walnuts recipe

|80 g||walnuts, chopped|
|1||spring onion, sliced|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|1 tsp||walnut oil|
|150 ml||single cream|
|150 ml||vegetable stock|
|80 ml||dry white wine|
|1 bunch(es)||parsley, chopped|
|50 g||freshly grated Parmesan cheese|
Cook the ravioli in salted water until al dente.
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the onions and the garlic and fry over medium heat until lucent. Pour in the single cream, stock and wine. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the parsley, ravioli and walnuts and toss. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
