Ingredients

3 slice(s) toast
1 glass(es) sundried tomatoes in oil
750 g minced meat
2  eggs
200 g Feta cheese, crumbled
2  spring onions, chopped
200 g potatoes, peeled and grated
1  egg yolk
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp mustard
salt and pepper
paprika powder
nutmeg
some butter

Instructions

Soak the toast in water. Drain and chop the tomatoes.

Place the minced meat into a bowl and add the eggs, tomato purée, mustard and squeezed toast. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add the Feta cheese, spring onions and sundried tomatoes. Knead until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 150°C.

Place the mince dough into a buttered cake form and bake for 45 minutes. Mix together the grated potatoes and the egg yolk and season with salt and nutmeg. Top the mince roast with the potato and egg mixture. Bake for 15-20 more minutes or until the potatoes are done.
