INGREDIENTS:Makes 1 large loaf
220g milk
1 tsp salt
45g butter
400g bread flour
45g castor sugar
½ tsp bread improver (optional)
½ tsp bread softener (optional)
2 tsp instant yeast
200g sweet corn (canned(
METHOD:
- Measure all ingredients into the bread pan in correct order as suggested by the manufacturer of your breadmaker. Insert bread pan into breadmaker.
- Select setting to Basic. Select crust setting according to your preference. (I used MEDIUM for this recipe).
- Press Start to begin. When breadmaker signals during secondary knead, add sweet corn.
