sweet and sour rockfish casserole recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons margarine
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup horseradish (optional, but good!)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- sprinkles of Hungarian paprika
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. In a pan, melt margarine, add flour, and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice, wine vinegar, sugar and mustard. Spread 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish, arrange fish on top, cover with the remainder of mixture. Sprinkle with Hungarian paprika. Cover with foil and bake for 15 to 25 minutes.
