Serves: 4- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 1/2 teaspoons orange juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 4 (5 ounce) boneless fully cooked ham steaks
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 8 mins1. Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil grate.
2. Stir marmalade together with maple syrup, orange juice, and chili powder. Brush steaks with the mixture.
