Ingredients
For the dough: | |
150 g | flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
100 g | sugar |
1 tsp | cinamon |
1 medium | egg |
100 g | butter, melted, cooled |
6 tbsp | milk |
30 g | poppy seeds |
For the topping: | |
250 g | tinned peaches |
100 g | sugar |
2 tbsp | honey |
3 tbsp | cream |
60 g | butter |
60 g | sunflower seeds |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Mix all ingredients for the dough and fill in a baking dish (30 cm).
For the topping slice peaches thinly and lay around the edge of the dough. In a cooking pot combine sugar, honey, butter and sunflower seeds and heat until sugar has melted. Boil away for ca. 1 minute.
Fill in the middle of the peaches and bake for 35 minutes.
