Ingredients
60 g | light brown soft sugar |
20 ml | corn syrup |
400 g | white sugar |
240 ml | water |
3 ml | vanilla extract |
Instructions
Place the corn syrup, white sugar, brown sugar, and water in a saucepan and over medium-high heat bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to medium, cover pan, and simmer for about 8 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Cool completely; pour into jars, cover, and refrigerate.Preparation time:
