Stuffed Mushrooms recipe
- Large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/2 block cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon onion
- Fresh ground breakfast sausage
Soften cream cheese in microwave. Add Parmesan cheese and onion powder. Fill each mushroom cap with a spoonful of this mixture. Top the stuffed mushroom with a pat of the breakfast sausage. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until browned.
