Ingredients
250 g | flour |
100 g | sugar |
2 tsp | baking soda |
½ tsp | natron |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
1 large | egg |
80 ml | oil, cooking oil |
250 g | strawberry yoghurt |
1 glass(es) | strawberry jam |
1 dash(es) | salt |
Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients in one dish, the liquid ones in another.Then give the mixed liquid ingredients into the dish with the dry ones and mix well until everything has become one mixture.
Put paper muffin cups in a muffin pan and fill every cup up to 1/3 with the dough. Give one teaspoon of strawberry jam into each cup and fill the rest of the dough on top of it.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
