For goodness sake salad recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 package lemon Jellogelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- One 20-ounce can pineapple, crushed
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 Tablespoon horseradish sauce
- 1 package lime Jellogelatin
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped nuts
In a large bowl, dissolve both packages of gelatin in boiling water. Cool slightly. Stir in pineapple (with juice); add all other ingredients. Chill until partially set. Pour into mold. Chill for 6 hours.
