Strawberry Mold recipe

|500 g||granulated sugar|
|120 g||pecans, chopped|
|3 medium||eggs, whites only|
|500 g||vanilla wafers, crushed|
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Cream together butter and sugar. Fold in strawberries, nuts and beaten egg whites. Mix well.
Make a layer of the wafer crumbs in a rectangular serving dish. Add a layer of the strawberry mix, alternate the layers and finish with a layer of the crumbs.
Chill for at least 12 hours in the fridge. To serve cut into squares.
