Ingredients
500 g | strawberries, hulled and quartered |
2 tsp | sugar |
3 tbsp | orange juice |
3 tbsp | orange liqueur |
120 g | flour |
150 ml | milk |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
1 medium | egg |
50 g | whipping cream |
100 g | white chocolate, grated |
Instructions
Mix the strawberries with1 teaspoon of sugar, the orange juice and the liqueur.In a bowl, combine the flour with the remaining sugar and stir in the milk and the salt. Whisk in the egg and allow the batter to stand for 15 minutes.
Heat the cream. Add the chocolate and stir until melted. Take from heat.
Pour ¼ of the batter into a buttered pan and tilt the pan to divide the batter evenly. Fry the crêpe until golden on both sides. Repeat the procedure with the remaining batter until used up.
Divide the strawberries on one half of the pancakes and drizzle with the sauce. Fold over the other half of the pancake and serve immediately.
