strawberry bread recipe details
Ingredients
310 g | flour |
260 g | white sugar |
1 bottle(s) | cinnamon, ground |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | baking soda |
300 ml | vegetable oil |
4 medium | eggs, beaten |
150 g | pecans, chopped |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease two loaf pans.Slice strawberries, and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar, and set aside while preparing bread mixture.
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in a large bowl: mix well.
Add oil and eggs into the bowl with the strawberries.
Combine strawberry with flour mixture, blending until dry ingredients are just moistened. Stir in pecans and then divide batter into pans.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until tester inserted comes out clean.
Let cool in pans for 10 minutes. Turn loaves out and cool completely.
