|250 g||strawberries, hulled and halved|
|1 ½ kg||white asparagus, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces|
|75 g||icing sugar|
|100 g||rocket, roughly chopped|
|150 ml||white balsamic vinegar|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
InstructionsFry the asparagus in oil for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with the icing sugar and cook stirring until caramelized. Add the vinegar. Reduce the heat and simmer for some more minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Transfer the asparagus with the liquid into a bowl and allow to cool. Fold in the strawberries and the rocket. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
