|300 ml||evaporated milk|
|70 ml||condensed milk|
|3 drop(s)||vanilla extract|
Mix together stout with both milk types, sherry and vanilla essence in a blender. Process until creamy. Add a little grated nutmeg and blend again for a few minutes.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
