Ingredients
450 ml | stout |
300 ml | evaporated milk |
70 ml | condensed milk |
70 ml | sherry |
3 drop(s) | vanilla extract |
nutmeg, grated |
Instructions
Mix together stout with both milk types, sherry and vanilla essence in a blender. Process until creamy. Add a little grated nutmeg and blend again for a few minutes.Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
