A quick, easy dish that uses leftover ham and goes from fridge to table in less than 30 minutes. I made this for my wife after a bad day at work and it brought her beautiful smile back.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 (1 pound) box dried penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pounds cooked ham, chopped
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can french-cut green beans, drained
- 2 (14 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, with liquid
- 1 teaspoon onion powder, or to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Bring large pot of water to boil on medium-high heat. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook ham in hot olive oil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Add onion powder, green beans and stewed tomatoes to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer on medium-low heat until pasta is cooked and drained.
4. Combine pasta and the tomato/ham mixture in a large bowl. Serve immediately.Serving Suggestion
