Ingredients
250 g | salmon or tuna fillet |
250 g | coalfish fillet, sliced |
1 | cucumber, sliced |
7 | tomatoes, sliced |
1 | onion, sliced |
2 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
dill | |
parsley, chopped | |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Layer the tomatoes, cucumbers and onions and finish with the fish. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Turn the fish fillets and season again with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dill and parsley and allow to steep over low heat for 5 more minutes.Arrange the vegetables on preheated plates, place the fish on top and drizzle with lemon juice.
