Steamed Veal Tongue recipe

Ingredients

500 g veal tongue, cooked and peeled, in slices
2  onions, chopped
3  tomatoes, diced
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
0.3 bulb(s) celeriac, diced
2 tbsp butter
250 ml beef stock
salt and pepper

Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the butter. Add the veal tongue, onions, tomatoes, celeriac and garlic and sautee for 2 minutes.

Add the beef stock, cover and stew over low heat for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
