Ingredients
500 g | veal tongue, cooked and peeled, in slices |
2 | onions, chopped |
3 | tomatoes, diced |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
0.3 bulb(s) | celeriac, diced |
2 tbsp | butter |
250 ml | beef stock |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the butter. Add the veal tongue, onions, tomatoes, celeriac and garlic and sautee for 2 minutes.Add the beef stock, cover and stew over low heat for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
