Ingredients
12 | sole fillets |
2 | onions, sliced |
0.33 bulb(s) | celery, sliced |
1 | carrot, sliced |
4 tbsp | fresh dill, chopped |
salt | |
lemon juice | |
1 tbsp | butter |
some | toothpicks |
250 ml | white wine |
Instructions
Season the fillets with lemon juice and salt. Sprinkle with the fresh dill and roll up. Fix with toothpicks.In a roasting tin, melt the butter. Add the vegetables and sprinkle with dill. Arrange the sole rolls on top. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Take out the fish rolls. Pour in the wine and cook for another 5 minutes. Purée the vegetable sauce with a hand blender and bring to a short boil again, then take from heat. Add the fish rolls and allow to soak for 5 minutes before serving.
