Ingredients
500 g | banana peppers |
100 g | black olives without stones |
150 g | Feta cheese |
2 | red chillies |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tsp | sumac |
salt | |
black pepper | |
water |
Instructions
Slice peppers and chillies, cut olives in quarters and feta in small pieces.Heat the oil in a pot and fry peppers for a few minutes, then add some water, salt, black pepper and chillies and steam for about 6 to 10 minutes.
Season with sumac, add black olives and mix well. Put in a bowl and add feta.
