Ingredients
250 g | steak, chopped |
250 g | tomatoes, puréed |
small | onion, chopped |
350 ml | Guinness |
150 g | carrots, chopped |
1 tsp | cloves, ground |
100 g | mushrooms, chopped |
1 tsp | allspice |
120 ml | beef broth |
pie pastry or filo dough |
Instructions
Place a bit of oil and meat in a large skillet and cook unitl browned.Add remaining ingredients, except pastry to sauce pan and cook until tender.
Pour stew into a baking pie pan and cover with pastry. Bake at 180°C until lighlty browned.
