Ingredients
1 large | butternut squash, peeled, cut into junks |
10 large | mushrooms, sliced |
3 stalk(s) | celery, sliced |
6 | carrots, sliced |
1 bunch(es) | green onions, chopped |
water | |
cinnamon, to taste |
Instructions
Combine vegetables in a covered microwave proof dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water.Cook on high in microwave for 12 minutes. Add cinnamon to taste. Toss well.
Alternatively this dish can also be cooked in a saucepan for 30-40 minutes.
