6 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
For the Salad: | |
1 head(s) | lettuce |
1 | cucumber, peeled, sliced |
4 | green onions, sliced |
20 g | fresh dill, minced |
Instructions
Combine the oil, juice and garlic in a small bowl to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Combine lettuce, cucumber, green onions and dill in large bowl.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
