Ingredients
170 g | cornmeal |
500 ml | water |
2 tsp | salt |
240 ml | milk |
3 medium | eggs |
2 tbsp | butter, melted |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a deep baking dish.Bring water and salt to the boil. Gradually add the cornmeal, stirring constantly, until stiff.
In a separate bowl beat eggs until fluffy.
Add melted butter to the stiff cornmeal mixture, then add beaten eggs and milk.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
