Ingredients
500 g | Cheddar cheese |
300 g | spinach, frozen |
50 g | butter |
100 g | flour |
250 ml | milk |
3 medium | eggs, beaten |
1 tsp | baking powder |
1 tsp | salt |
Instructions
Defrost the spinach and drain well. Melt butter in baking dish. Preheat oven to 180°C.In a bowl mix together flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, spinach and cheese.
Put mixture into baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
