spinach soup palak ka soup details
Ingredients
- Spinach – ½ kg
- Chicken stock – 2 cups
- Bread slices – 2
- Fresh cream – as required
- Crushed black pepper – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
Instructions
- Cut bread slices into small pieces and fry
- Boil spinach leaves in 1 cup water over low flame for 10 mins
- Cool boiled spinach and blend into a paste in blender
- Cook paste in chicken stock for 5 mins
- When it comes to boil, add salt
- Garnish with fried bread, cream and black pepper
