- Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen, chopped spinach
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
Thaw frozen spinach. Drain well. Combine with all but cheese and mix well. Put in greased casserole and top with Swiss cheese. Bake for one hour at 325 degrees.
