Ingredients

500 g spinach
500 g potatoes, cooked, mashed
40 g butter
300 ml milk
30 g flour
50 g bacon, diced
1 slice(s) cheese (hackly)
salt and pepper

Instructions

Wash spinach, place in a cooking pot and stew until it looks like only the half amount.

Butter an ovenproof dish and fill in the spinach. Add mashed potatoes on top.

Melt butter over low heat, stir in flour and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour gravy on top of the potatoe mash. With a fork make some holes, so the gravy can leak through. Sprinkle all with bacon and cheese.

Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes at 225°C.
