Spinach Pie recipe

Ingredients
pie crust | |
120 g | mushrooms |
1 kg | frozen spinach, thawed |
400 g | mozzarella cheese, grated |
vegetable oil |
Instructions
Slice mushrooms into thin slices and sautee them in oil. Place in bottom of pie shell.
Sprinkle about a third of the cheese over the mushrooms. Top with spinach and then another bit of cheese.
Bake in a 180C║ oven for about 45 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
