spinach omelette recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | fresh spinach |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
4 large | eggs |
100 g | butter |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook spinach in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze dry.Melt half the butter in a frying pan and sauté the onions until soft. Remove and mix with the spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
Beat eggs in a small bowl.
Melt remaining butter in the frying pan. Pour in eggs, stir them with a fork as they cook for the first minute. Add the spinach to the omelette, stir and then leave mix to cook and set.
