Ingredients
450 g | spinach, frozen |
750 g | beef mince |
2 tbsp | oil |
5 tsp | oil |
2 | onions, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
200 g | Feta cheese, crumbled |
salt, pepper and nutmeg | |
250 g | puff pastry, frozen and thawed |
2 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
1 medium | egg |
3 tbsp | milk |
1 tbsp | sesame seeds |
Instructions
Cook the spinach with some drops of water until thawed.In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry the minced meat with onions and garlic until crumbly. Take from heat and fold in the spinach and the cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Line the bottom of a buttered cake form with some pastry sheets. Brush with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fill in the mince mixture. Whisk the egg with the milk and pour the milk and egg mixture evenly over the mince mixture. Cover with the remaining pastry sheets. Brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in the preheated oven at 150°C for 30-40 minutes.
