6 eggs
12 ounces cottage cheese
8 Tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
2 Tablespoons flour
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup chopped spinach

Mix eggs, cottage cheese, butter, cream cheese, sour cream, and flour well. Fold spinach and shredded cheese into egg mixture. Pour into greased 13″ x 9″ glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle additional grated cheese on top before serving.
