spinach cheese quiche recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 deep dish pie crust
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup half and half
- 4 eggs
- 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Mix both cheeses and place in bottom of pie crust. Combine milk and egg; mix (use a mixer). In a different bowl, add salt and spinach; mix with a wooden spoon. Add to milk and eggs. Pour into pie crust and cook at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Let stand for five minutes before slicing.
