250 g | cottage cheese |
3 medium | eggs, beaten |
3 tbsp | cornstarch |
100 g | spinach |
120 g | butter, melted |
6 slice(s) | Cheddar cheese, chopped |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Mix together all the ingredients and pour in a greased pie plate. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
Remove from oven and leave to cool a little before serving or chill in fridge.
