Spicy Pineapple Fritters recipe

|300 g||fresh pineapple, cut into chunks|
|1||jalapeno pepper, seeded, minced|
|1 medium||onion, minced|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|8||green onions, minced|
|2 medium||eggs, beaten|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Mix together the pineapple chunks, pepper, chives, onion, garlic, onions and turmeric. Toss and set aside.
Combine flour, milk, eggs, and salt and pepper together and beat with an electric mixer. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours. After 4 hours, combine fruit with batter.
Heat the oil in a deep skillet. Drop batter in by spoonfuls and fry until golden brown. Remove fritters and drain on paper towels.
