Ingredients
6 large peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1-1/4 cups water
1/3 cup B&B Liqueur
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup orange juice
Garnish: fresh grated nutmeg, cinnamon stick, B&B liqueur cream (made by whipping 1/2 pint heavy cream with 1 Tablespoon B&B liqueur)

Instructions:

In 2-quart saucepan, over high heat, heat water, B&B liqueur, and 1/3 cup sugar to boiling. Add peaches, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and add orange juice. Pour mixture into blender. Blend at high speed with orange juice until well blended. Serve warm with freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon stick. Or, serve chilled, garnished with a dollop of B&B Liqueur cream and an edible flower.
