Ingredients
500 g | broccoli |
100 g | sunflower seeds |
150 g | sultanas |
50 g | almond slivers |
150 g | bacon bits |
150 g | Greek yoghurt |
2 tbsp | mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip) |
1 tsp | honey |
3 tbsp | vinegar |
juice of 1/2 lemon | |
some | sea salt |
some | grated ginger |
some | ground cumin |
some | ground coriander |
some | ground nutmeg |
some | black pepper |
Instructions
Fry bacon bits till crisp. Cut broccoli into very small pieces.Combine broccoli, sunflower seeds, sultanas and almond slivers in a bowl.
Mix ingredients for the dressing together and pour over salad. Mix gently and refrigerate before serving.
