Ingredients:
3 to 4 oranges, peeled and cut into chunks
1/4 cup orange juice
1 to 2 ounces brandy or rum
1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
Instructions:

After peeling and cutting the oranges, heat the rest of the ingredients, let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, and pour over the oranges. Refrigerate overnight or for up to 3 days. Serve in parfait glasses with a cherry on top.

This is also good without the liquor. Try it with other fresh fruit, too.
