Ingredients
500 g | flour |
2 tsp | baking powder |
2 drop(s) | almond oil |
230 g | sugar |
2 medium | eggs |
1 tsp | vanilla |
200 g | butter, softened |
½ tsp | cinnamon, ground |
¼ tsp | ginger, ground |
115 g | almonds, ground |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C and grease a baking sheet.Combine the flour and baking powder together in a bowl.
Add the eggs, sugar and spices and slowly work everything into a thick dough.
Add butter, ground almonds and ginger, mix well and add a little more flour to form a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough nice and thin and cut out the cookies with your favourite Christmas cookie cutters.
Place cookies onto greased baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.
