Ingredients
400 g | fish fillets |
½ tsp | salt |
¼ tsp | paprika |
¼ tsp | freshly ground black pepper |
1 | green bell pepper, finely sliced |
1 | tomato, sliced |
1 small | onion, sliced |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 | lemon, sliced |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Cut the fish into serving sized pieces.Divide the fish side by side in a roasting tin and season with salt, paprika and pepper. Arrange green peppers, tomatoes and onions on top. Mix the lemon juice with oil and garlic and pour over the fish fillets.
Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for 10-13 minutes more.
Serve with lemon wedges and fresh white bread.
